Archives

Tuesdays at 4pm

Join the Archives small group – we meet Tuesday afternoons from 4pm to 5pm in the Archives Room on the 2nd floor of the Vincent Building. We are in the midst of a multi-year project organizing Union’s documents, photographs, pictures, and more – all the while sharing conversation, laughter and fun, interesting, and often inspirational facts and lessons from those who came before us.

Chair Yoga

Wednesdays at 10:30am

Come build community through 45 minutes of chair yoga. Seated in a chair, we will move gently, mindfully, stretching, and finding our alignment both internally and externally. Breath is emphasized as is a smile. Modifications are always provided and we move at a pace that is appropriate for all levels and all ages.

Union Sages

Twice a month in the Guild Room, usually the first and third Wednesday at noon.

Sages is a group of older members and friends that meet twice a month for a brown bag lunch and informal discussion of questions and issues that are relevant in that stage of their lives. The purpose of the group is to build community and support by providing a forum for discussion and gathering as a community.
