Childcare During Service: A special place for children 3 and younger

Childcare Room – 

• Staffed by Claudia Caputo, fully vaccinated, from 9:30-11:30 each Sunday
• Geared toward students under 4 (so not yet in PreK)

Claudia Caputo is our childcare staff person here each week. She is very welcoming to both children and parents. We maintain a 4:1 ratio of children to supervisors. Parents or High School students may be asked to help.

The Childcare Room is designed for children 3 and under with age-appropriate toys. We use a pager system in the event you are needed to return to the room for your child's comfort or leave your cell number with Claudia.

The Childcare Room is located in the main church building (Tower Building), in the East Wing. Parents are encouraged to bring personal items for their children.

Childcare is also available at most church events if prior notice is given.
 

About Learning Centers

Learning Center classes are available for children starting at 4 years of age during the program year September through June.

We are committed to raising the next generation of Christians by providing a background in Bible literacy, a strong sense of church community, a love for all people, and a desire to bring about Jesus call for justice for all people. • All students begin worship at 10:00 with their family.
• Following the Chancel Steps Talk students will go to class with their teacher (around 10:15)
• Class will be held in the Main Church building in consideration of our Nursery School and new cleaning protocols.
  • PreK-1st graders meet upstairs in the Music Room. Molly Rosenak is their teacher.
  • 2nd - 5th grade meets upstairs in the East Wing. Anthony Pineros is their teacher.
  • High School helpers will be in each classroom to fulfill the requirements of our Trust w/ Care policy.
  • Our class concludes at about 11am when the worship service ends. Students will be returned to the porch or Assembly Room to find their parents.
